What is a Dry-Hire Mobile Bar?
A dry-hire mobile bar means you provide the alcohol, and we handle everything else behind the bar. We provide the bartenders, bar setup, mixers, ice, tools, and service.

You get more control over your bar menu and alcohol selection, without paying venue markups or being limited to a venue’s drink options. It’s a more flexible, personalized way to have an "open bar" at your event.
Meet Noelle Kitzke
The Drift Bar started with a simple idea: a bar at an event should never stress you out.
After bartending for several years in Milwaukee, I moved to Arizona and eventually found myself missing the energy of the bar — the people, the creativity, and being part of the moments people actually remember.
So in 2024, I decided to build my own version of it.
What started as a mocktail-focused mobile bar has grown into a full-service mobile bar for weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and everything in between. I love creating drinks around what you actually like, whether that's a signature cocktail, a zero-proof creation, or a simple beer and wine bar done really well.
But what matters most to me is creating a bar experience that feels like a thought out piece of your celebration — not just a place to grab a drink. I want you and your guests to have an experience that feels personal, fun, and memorable, with drinks that linger in your mind long after the party is over.
